While booking, we would like to know the project brief:

1. Scope of work (images, animation, multimedia film, promo film etc.)

2. Quantity of the images; film durations etc.

3. Project scale: e.g. urban design or a single tower etc.

4. Project function (competition or presentation, etc.)

5. Project type (commercial, residential, culture, etc.)

6. Deadline, end of the day?

7. Your material delivery date (see next package for materials/info we will need)

We will need the materials/info below to start production:

1. Your definitive geometry. We are fine with formats like SU, Rhino, FBX, 3dsMax.

2. Your preferred or confirmed camera angle(s). Please save them in your model.

3. Site location. Google map location or google coordinates.

4. Program function. To clarify commercial/residential buildings etc.

5. Material instruction. Well described model layers and reference images.

6. Reference images. Images for mood/lighting/feeling references, if necessary, we will help to collect some based on our experience.

7. Other necessary materials like landscape or dwg files etc.

We will check the model details, and set up the camera(s) in 3dMax.

You will receive the model renders to confirm/comment on the camera angle(s), geometry and image compositions.

You can comment on these aspects.

Please gather your final comments into one comprehensive file.

We also need to confirm the references images at meanwhile or in advance so we could test the sun light general feeling etc.

We test the mapping, materials, lighting, entourages, etc. based on the confirmed reference images.

1st round preview in low resolution will be sent at this phase. You can comment on those aspects mentioned above.

If there is enough time, we will also do some post work on this rendering preview.

Major geometry changes and sunlight changes will bring us huge repetitive workload and therefore generate extra costs. That is why we need to confirm the geometry and reference images in the modeling stage.

We render high-resolution image and further work on the atmosphere, contrast, mood, people, activities, colorization highlights, etc.

You will receive the further developed 2nd preview in low resolution at this stage.

We will only address post work comments, please try to avoid large area of re-rendering comments.
